Isabell P. Stuckert (nee Wright), age 82, of Lowell, formerly of Highland, passed away Saturday, August 5, 2017. She is survived by her three children: Irene (Gordon) Schontube of Lowell, Daniel (Leanne) Stuckert of Missouri City, TX and Michael (Tina) Stuckert of Valparaiso; eight grandchildren: Stephen (Michelle) Anderson, Sean (Jaclyn) Anderson, Christopher Anderson, J.P. Stuckert, Kelly Stuckert, Michael Stuckert, Cal Stuckert and Hutch Stuckert; four great grandchildren: two sisters: Norma Mattiussi and Dorothy Croteau both of Canada; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Stuckert was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip; sister, Charlotte Wright; and brother John Wright. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. DIRECTLY at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 3025 Highway Ave., Highland, IN with Rev. Edward Moszur officiating. Friends are invited to meet with the family Tuesday, August 8, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. (prayer service 3:00 p.m.) at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN. Isabell was a 1953 graduate of East Chicago Washington High School. She was a former owner of Premier Rolling Shutters in Highland. She was a former member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Highland, and was also a member of the Polish National Alliance and the N.W. Indiana Parkinson's Support Group.
